個人簡介：
蘇明媛，南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院副教授、研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。2015年畢業(yè)于臺灣大學(xué)生化科學(xué)研究所。2016-2021年在美國加州大學(xué)伯克利分校和勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室進(jìn)行博士后訓(xùn)練，在2021年5月加入南科大醫(yī)學(xué)院。致力于溶酶體的功能研究，包括細(xì)胞自噬、mTORC1等溶酶體信號傳導(dǎo)通路及相關(guān)疾病機理。以第一作者身份在Nature、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications 和Autophagy 等學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文。

研究領(lǐng)域：
本課題組將利用結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)（X-ray 和cryo-EM）、生化、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、質(zhì)譜等多種方法來研究溶酶體信號調(diào)控，溶酶體運輸和合成的機制，了解溶酶體在細(xì)胞中的定位以及生合成是如何被調(diào)節(jié)的，為闡明溶酶體功能錯誤所引發(fā)的相關(guān)疾病的藥物設(shè)計提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
