陳濟(jì)雷現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)量子科學(xué)與工程研究院副研究員，深圳市高層次人才，獲北京航空航天大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士和工學(xué)博士學(xué)位，瑞士洛桑聯(lián)邦理工大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者。主要從事自旋波量子計算方向的研究，致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)室溫自旋波量子器件的應(yīng)用。目前以第一作者（含共同）或通訊作者身份發(fā)表高水平SCI論文20余篇，含Nat. Nanotechnol.（封面文章）一篇，Nat. Commun.兩篇，Phys. Rev. X一篇，Phys. Rev. Lett.三篇，ACS Nano兩篇，Nano Lett.一篇等，第一/通訊作者論文總影響因子之和超過200，兩篇論文入選ESI高引論文。受邀以通訊作者身份在國際知名期刊Appl. Phys. Rev.等撰寫綜述論文。擔(dān)任包括Physical Review，Advanced Materials系列在內(nèi)的多部國際期刊的審稿人。主持或參與多項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和廣東省自然科學(xué)基金。
