侯圣偉，助理教授（副高），博士生導(dǎo)師，獨(dú)立PI。2018年獲得德國(guó)弗萊堡大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)博士學(xué)位，隨后在南加州大學(xué)海洋環(huán)境生物學(xué)系進(jìn)行博士后研究，2021年加入南方科技大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)與工程系。研究方向主要包括海洋微生物時(shí)空分布格局、微生物環(huán)境適應(yīng)機(jī)制及其與元素循環(huán)的關(guān)系、宿主-病毒（尤其是藻病毒）相互作用及其生態(tài)效應(yīng)等，旨在通過(guò)多組學(xué)手段和生物信息學(xué)挖掘研究海洋微生物對(duì)氣候變化的響應(yīng)和反饋機(jī)制。侯博士在The ISME J, PNAS, Environ Microbial, RNA Biol等國(guó)際高水平期刊已發(fā)表論文20余篇。擔(dān)任Frontiers in Microbiology 客座編輯和Frontiers in Marine Science審稿編輯，也是Nature Microbiology, The ISME J, Microbiome, Nature Communications等雜志審稿人。
